1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
E&S Grounding Solutions, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing electrical grounding engineering, consulting, and training services to government agencies, utilities, and commercial clients across the United States. As a company that regularly works with federal and state government clients, we recognize the importance of digital accessibility and are committed to meeting or exceeding the standards required under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We believe that every visitor — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology — deserves equal access to the information and services we provide.
2. Conformance Status
This website aims to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps and improve conformance across all pages.

3. Accessibility Features Implemented
Semantic HTML5 structure
Proper use of heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA roles throughout all pages.
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible.
Screen reader compatibility
All images include descriptive alt text. Form fields have associated labels. ARIA attributes are used where needed.
Color contrast
Text and background color combinations meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
Responsive design
The website adapts to all screen sizes and orientations, including mobile devices and tablets.
Skip navigation link
A 'Skip to main content' link is available at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
No auto-playing media
No audio or video content plays automatically without user initiation.
Resizable text
Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Form error identification
Form validation errors are clearly identified and described in text.
Cookie consent accessibility
The cookie consent banner is fully keyboard-navigable and screen reader-compatible.
4. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to address them:
